* A Jammin Festival

This was my second festival and I was pleased with the turnout, live music and the people I met. Note to self,arrive earlier, set up earlier and then meet all the other artists before it opens. Once it opens, its hard to leave the booth because of steady stream of customers. I always bring a lunch and drinks & I think my booth looked really pretty.I got lots of positive feedback from people coming thru.

Jameson wanted a custom bracelet. She picked out 10 buttons/charms and I attached them while they shopped. I think it turned out really cute and she’s adorable. People loved plaing in the buttons.They tell me their family button stories. My nephew Cody & sisters Jen & Amanda came by. Cody wanted to design one and he picked manly, military buttons. I think it turned out pretty good. He liked it. So he has the first man bracelet. It’s bold to be the first.

Some of the ladies I met were Julie Dearman of Julie Dearmon’s Antiques & Collectibles. She had all kinds of buttons. Chloe Cunningham of Oh-Cel, Recyled Couture for the Pampered Pet. She’s a sweet teenager who takes old Coach & Louie Vutton purses and makes dog collars with them.They are stunning. Her pieces are now in Jam. Shari Widen Designs is contemporary artisty in jewelry.

I think as women it’s important we help each other and support each other.
Meeting all these women has been the icing on the button topped cake.
Bree & Jamie painted a sign for my booth. I love it. Thanks girls.
