* Dad’s Willie Bracelet

When my dad Jake was an Air Force flight instructor in the 1960’s, I’m sure he never thought that someday he’d be creating custom jewelry items & attending button conventions with his eldest daughter Leah.
But he does & he has & his latest idea is stellar.
While spending the afternoon together recently, we watched a Willie Nelson concert on TV. We love Willie Nelson. I grew up on Willie Nelson. His music is comforting to me.
Dad suggested we make a bracelet together as a tribute to our favorite Willie songs.
So he hand stamped the discs & I created the charm bracelet. We love it & it was fun to collaborate on it together.
If you’d like more information on a musical charm bracelet, just email us with your questions & ideas. To see “The Lindsey” , a musical themed keychain I recently gave to a talented violinist, click here .

Happy Wednesday, Leah

About Ruby Mae Jewelry

I'm Leah Williams and I adore fabulous buttons and brooches, chains and charms. I find it exciting to look into old tin cans passed down through the generations. They hold buttons and hardware removed from all types of garments. I reuse old buttons and it connects me to men and women that I'll never get to meet. I leave the original thread on a button. I'm inspired to create something new from something that was forgotten. I love, love, love it.
